Q: What should I do if I receive my order and it is incorrect?

Q: What if my package arrives damaged?
A: Save the package and contact customer service at 1-800-443-7549 and we will be happy to assist you.


Q: I have not received my order. What should I do?
A: You most likely received a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number.
Start there and if you are not able to locate your order, contact customer service at 1-800-443-7549.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Therapon Gift Cards.


Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not pleased with a product please contact customer service at 1-800-443-7549 and we will be happy to assist you. We accept returns received 90 days from the purchase date and provide a full refund of the product purchase price. Shipping charges are refunded in cases of product defect or shipping errors caused by Therapon. Only orders placed through Therapon.com can be returned through Therapon.com. Products purchased through a physician’s office should be returned to the office where they were purchased.
